{GODPROP #10} gDELI liquidity improvement
If this proposal passes, the single-staking gDELI pool that farms ACRE will have emissions weighting cut in half, and a gDELI-FTM LP from Zoocoin will be created with maximum emissions weight. This change will improve liquidity for trading of gDELI.
