Rebasing Mechanics
As of now, this is done completely manually. For that reason, do not try to trade Distributon (unless, of course, you want to... then do whatever you want). Feel free to HODL. But I will not announce rebases, nor will they be done regularly, until other projects are further along.
Eventually, rebases will be triggered automatically, and manually (with a cooldown) by DAO members.
