The creation of the Land NFT either burns the Acres permanently, or stakes them.

Land NFTs can be of three types (some with sub-types):

1. Farm NFT

   2. Subtypes

      1. Wheat Farm

      2. Sugarcane Plantation.

      3. gSEED Farm.

2. Solar Farm NFT

   1. Cost: 0

   2. Stake

      1. Required: 1 gDELI

      2. Required: at least 100 ACREs

3. Livestock Farm NFT

   1. Heritage Livestock Farm NFT

      1. Cost: 1 ANIMAL

   2. Standard Livestock Farm NFT

   3. Subtypes

      1. Chicken Coop/Range

         1. Cost: Burn 1 Acre

      2. Pig Pen

         1. Cost: Burn 1 Acres

      3. Cow Pasture

         1. Cost: Burn 2 Acres minimum
