Users cannot interact with gH20 during a storm. (No placing or picking up collectors)
gH20 will be needed for most recipes. Farm NFTs will need to be provided gH20 regularly to remain maximally efficient. Livestock NFTs will need to provided gH20 often to keep the livestock alive.
